To help you complete your registration smoothly, we have carefully compiled this on-site guide covering key information such as pre-registration preparations, campus directions, and on-site procedures. 一、报到前必备材料

二、到校交通指南 

Transportation Guide to Campus

1 飞机抵达（Arriving by Plane）

     若你选择乘坐飞机抵达南昌，可根据自身情况选择通过地铁、出租车、网约车等方式前往校园：

     If you arrive in Nanchang by plane, you can choose to travel to the campus by subway, taxi, online ride-hailing, etc., according to your own situation:

2  自行到校（Self-Arrival Options）

可参考以下三种交通方式：

    You can refer to the following three transportation methods:

1)地铁（Subway）：建议站内购票机购买，搭乘1号线，从昌北机场站出发，往麻丘方向乘坐4站至冠山站，从3号口出站后步行至南昌理工学院南一门入校

    We recommend purchasing tickets at the station ticket machines. Take Line 1 from Changbei International Airport toward Maqiu. After four stops, get off at Guanshan Station. Exit through Exit 3 and walk to the South Gate of Nanchang Institute of Technology to enter the university.

2)出租车（Taxi）：在机场内根据指示牌前往出租车候车区，打车到南昌理工学院南一门

    Taxi: Follow the signs to the taxi stand inside the airport and take a taxi to the South Gate 1 of Nanchang Institute of Technology.

3)网约车（Online Ride-Hailing）：根据机场指示牌前往网约车专用候车区，注意行程终点选择南昌理工学院南一门

    Online Ride-Hailing: Follow airport signage to the designated ride-hailing pickup area. Note: Select South Gate 1 of Nanchang Institute of Technology as your destination.

内容（Content）：工作人员核查材料完整性→登记个人信息（Staff check the completeness of materials→ Fill out the registration form）

手续办理

Procedure Handling

地点（Location）：国际交流学院大厅（The hall of International Exchange college）

内容（Content）：核验个人信息与证件→提交承诺书→核查缴费情况（如需补缴现场办理）→申请手机SIM卡与银行卡→分配寝室并完成住宿登记（Verify personal information and documents  → Submit the commitment letter → Verify the payment status (handle on-site supplementary payment if needed) → Apply for a mobile SIM card and bank card → Assign a dormitory and complete accommodation registration）

Dormitory Check-In

地点（Location）：学生公寓25、26栋（Student Dormitory Area25,26）

内容（Content）：凭住宿登记凭证领取寝室钥匙，办理入住（Collect the dormitory key with the accommodation registration certificate and complete the check-in procedure）

New Student Physical Examination

说明（Note）：报到结束后，学校将统一组织新生体检，具体时间与地点将另行通知（After registration, the university will organize a unified physical examination for new students, and the specific time and location will be notified separately）
